Yes, clearly this leaker was part of a fairly elaborate scheme. By using “whistleblower” protections he is also now guilty of defrauding the government along with leaking classified information.
The scheme was also to put false information about what was in the call out to the Fake News to set the narrative in the publics eyes
Considering if there was an actual leaker.
This seems like a committee collusion made up accusation.
