Nice story.
My Lexus is closing in on 200,000.
All Ive ever replaced is tires, oil, routine maintenance items, and an alternator.
It rides smooth and straight.
Looks barely used.

I had a Lexus. Had the transmission, struts, door lock switch and door lock solenoid replaced under warranty. They had a recall due to a design defect that caused the engine to sludge up, start using oil, and eventually fail. Somehow that recall managed to miss me so that I ended up one hot summer day with the oil light on and the oil not touching the dipstick. No warranty, no relief for me.
Lexus can kiss my @$$. I'll never own another one.
