Of those states, I would wager that the incentive to do so would be lowest in Wyoming. They have this thing called winter.
Exactly. Utterly silly to have laws about it, I’m perfectly fine with it, and the best thing about it is that it infuriates Muslims and feminists. But most women (and men) don’t really have the body to show off, more power to the ones who do.

Kinda what I was thinking. When you see a nude or semi nude at the beach, it ain’t the one you wanna see! LOL Spent 2 1/2 weeks in Brazil in 2000. No one is uptight about their body in Brazil, or Italy, France or Holland or Germany, etc. My friend in Brazil lived close to the ocean so we saw ppl headed to the beach every day. Fat old tubby men with big bellies spilling out over their Speedo. Women barely covered at all. I HAVE to cover up, pasty white skin, the sun fries me....
