I read the article, but just because he said he said we have weapons more powerful than have used before doesn’t, to me, mean they’re more powerful than hydrogen bombs...which we’ve never used.
If I’m missing something, please feel free to straighten me out.
My interpretation is that he means we can mount devastating conventional attacks and he’s just assuring the public he’s not planning to use nuclear weapons.
You interpret it exactly as I did. He didn’t say we would use something more powerful than nukes. Trump said it was something they had never seen before.
A M.O.A.B. would be useful. Some deep diving super bunker busters would be good. There are all sorts of things in the arsenal that could get their attention.
My buddies would insist you are missing lots of somethings.
“doesnt, to me, mean theyre more powerful than hydrogen bombs”
Trump ordered the production of new nuclear weapons when he took office. He said so many times.
These weapons were probably never live tested and should be much more powerful than the old hydrogen bombs.
“...use power the likes of which the United States has never used before and Im not even talking about nuclear power...”
Maybe I can help.
NON-nuclear “power” never before used by the U.S.
You bring up H bombs, “hydrogen bombs...which weve never used.” Depends on how you define “used”.
“The United States conducted the first H-bomb test in 1952 in the Pacific”
So, I would conclude that Trump is stating that the U.S. has a “power” (he didn’t say “weapon”) more powerful than an H bomb.
I believe him. I TRUST Trump 100%.
