The Justice Department is offering more insight into how it addressed potential conflicts of interest when former FBI Director Robert Mueller was appointed special counsel for the Trump-Russia investigation two years ago, but officials are continuing to keep secret key parts of their internal ethics analysis.

A memo obtained Friday by the pro-transparency organization Property of the People shows that a top Justice Department ethics official concluded that Mueller’s sterling reputation and lengthy history of federal service meant it was unlikely any reasonable person would doubt his independence.

When Robert Mueller PRETENDS to not be familiar with Fusion GPS which almost everybody following the Trump-Russia collusion hoax knows about then, yeah, we have every reason to be suspicious of him. NOT a neutral player.

Trump supporters are low information ill-educated deplorables and included in no reasonable definition of reasonable persons [as defined by the progs who tried to set Trump up].

But don’t use cursive, or not everyone will be able to read it.

His grand reputation was a fantasy created by the powers that be who actually wanted a guy that could get things done for them no matter how unethical the process needed to be.

If the justice department thinks that Muller is so grand then all it proves is that those in the justice department who were involved with this process were just as Dirty as Muller.

I don’t think those who died in prison in MA despite being innocent because of Mueller suppressing evidence in order to protect Whitey Bulger thinks he has such a grand reputation.

Sorry, too late, If I am EVER called to Jury Duty, the chance of me voting guilty are about the same as OJ Confessing on LIVE TV during the Superbowl Halftime show. I simply DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING A GUBMINT EMPLOYEE SAYS, and any evidence they present I assume THEY MANUFACTURED IT !!

The fact that Mueller was senile and a fool was apparently not taken into account.

Bob Mueller’s “sterling reputation”? What BS! That’s only in the minds of the deep staters and they are all criminals.

"If he skates on this write off the rule of law entirely."

The law is ultimately determined by who has the most power. We are finding out who or what group that is.

Mule-head is a dirty cop whose primary qualification was his long standing covering-up for the FBI.

The deep state has people who get into the ears of decision makers and push their own people into positions of power. And it always happens with a media chorus of how “respected” the guy is.

If there was no conflict of interest why was a waiver required at all?

So basically, they said there wasn’t a conflict of interest because he’s such a stand-up guy. They simply negated the whole concept of conflict of interest.

Pelosi, Schmanure and Nadler had high hopes.

The House's Mueller hearing was supposed to be the Democrats' shining moment,
to reinstate Hillary's former glory, to show the electorate how wrong they were,
and Dems’ pre-paid ticket to the 2020 WH (nailing a {cough} corrupt president).

Turned out to be another Dem flop.
