I agree that we need a REAL conservative.
From the article:
... As a district judge, Ozerden approved the Obama administrations dismissal of a challenge to the Affordable Care Acts contraception coverage mandate, deeming the challenge premature.
Senate Republicans have expressed concern about Ozerdens decision in 2012.
Unlike most other Trump judicial nominees, Ozerden lacks explicit backing from conservative judicial groups like the Judicial Crisis Network.
Carrie Severino, the group's chief counsel, wrote last year that "we could do better than Judge Ozerden" in Mississippi.

All of South Carolina’s Congressional delegation are Cheap Labor Express stooges.
I don’t know why none of them side with the citizens and the rule of law.

Someone in the Federalist Society probably owes Ozerden a favor.

Re: “Lets not go back to having Republican Judicial nominees become leftist activists after they take office.”
Too late - for Trump’s District Court nominees, anyway.
105 - District Court Appointments
31 - Voice Votes (usually means unanimous Democrat support)
26 - At least 30 Democrat Senators voted “Yes”
54% - Percent of Trump’s District Court nominees who got Heavy or Unanimous Democrat support.
Trump’s Circuit Court record is better, but still unnerving.
21% - Percent of Trump’s Circuit Court picks who got at least 20 Democrat votes.
One of Trump’s nominees for the Ninth Circuit - Mark J. Bennett - got 27 Republican “No” votes!

All Trump nominees turned out well so far and I think this would be no different. You have personally researched the decisions of all 150? You're aware that the leftist creep usually starts more than a year after nomination, right?

Look at the important one, the SCOTUS.

Look at the important one, the SCOTUS. All the Federal levels are vitally important. To think otherwise is a huge waste of resources and a crapshoot, since the nation keeps getting bigger and minting more lawyers and activists, but the SCOTUS is limited to a certain number of cases it can logically hear; unless you want most SCOTUS cases to be handled primarily by their law-student clerks, because that's what will happen if we keep expecting every case to have to go to them before basic Constitutional principles will be definitively upheld by the appellate courts in clear Constitutional terms.
