My understanding is that having gay sex at least once is pretty much required now in our public schools, particularly the suburban schools, if one is to criticize the gay lifestyle.
It doesn’t really bother me, since they are public schools, after all. It’s difficult to expect better from them.
I guess I had a very lucky escape. I went to public school (in California no less!) and graduated without having any kind of sex, hetero or homo.
