I think the culture has turned many people both male and female off to the idea of marriage and it’s simply pathetic.

It's not the culture ... it a natural result of the 19th amendment.

God put Eve next to Adam as a partner, not a first-mate.
Togeather they were given the responsible to lead and train their family.
