It seems after "serving" the newly elected Bill Clinton for only two years, he was replasced with Janet Reno of Waco infamy.

Apparently twenty five years have done nothing to soften his stand on inactivity towards government criminality.

Randy Weaver and his wife were separatives from what they deemed a dangerous society and government control and bought a piece of land out in the woods and just wanted to live a life of personal liberty and freedom.
