The privilege angle has been brought up, but violating privilege is not a crime no matter what. Privilege is the power to defy court order to provide evidence, and none of these notes is evidence in an investigatory or judicial proceeding.

Agree. Privilege point is useful not for legal purposes per se, but for framing the issue of wrongdoing ... by specific members of the Obozo administration intimately involved in this hoax. The public at large needs to be aware and reminded repeatedly that the papers were not Comey’s to do with as he pleased. And since he acted outside the bounds of what he was allowed to do in his high position, what else might he have done that was covert and perhaps illegal? If charges come down against him for lying to FISA court under oath, the public might be less surprised and less likely to bite into the rotten demokrap apple that he is being politically persecuted.
