To: setter

How do these people “become” obese, i am asking to understand your point of view...

Essentially they eat more than their body can use and left to it’s own it becomes debilitating. My Niece had a relative by marriage who followed this path and eventually she fell down and could not get up and suffocated. Her family did nothing of any consequence to lower her intake, the issue may have been emotionally driven in part but never the less she is gone now

So if someone is on this track what would YOU suggest that can be done to stop this before it becomes such a critical self fulfilling prophecy and the risk and cost of treating this increases daily?

I await your insights...

It’s not just a matter of taking in more than you use. It’s really a complicated equation, and what you eat has effects on metabolism and what your body does with the intake. When fueled properly the human body is very good at managing its intake via appetite. But we are being told to eat the wrong things and it is wrecking havoc with our systems and causing widespread disease.
