You haven't been paying attention. Although a very small group - never more than a few dozen of them ever assemble at the same place (and it could be some of the same people going from city to city) - they have often been in the news because of clashes with Antifa.

I don't know what their beliefs actually are (I do NOT trust news reports which rarely if ever quote them directly, but with little or no evidence ascribe certain adjectives to them (e.g., "racist"/"white-supremacist"/"incel").

Regardless of what they really believe, they do not represent mainstream conservativism, but are a tiny group who seems to exist in order to engage in confrontations with Antifa. These brawls - regardless of who starts them - are not in our interest, and blur the distinction between conservative moderation and leftist thuggery.

A typical Trump rally attracts far more people - overwhelmingly, normal decent people - where rallies of the Proud Boys, neo-Nazis, and white-supremacists typically attract just a few dozen. A Trump rally in ONE CITY probably has twenty times more attendees than a COMBINED national convention of these other groups would attract.

But, despite their tiny numbers, the Proud Boys and related groups loom large in the fevered imaginations of the left and the media.

You are seem to be suggesting that Trump supporters/pro-America supporters start the violence just as many times as Antifa.

Wrong.

Antifa ALWAYS starts it. Have you seen ANY pro-America groups walking alone down city streets breaking windows, destroying property? Antifa does this ALL. THE. TIME.

After the Portland rally, you might have seen the buses carrying pro-America people leaving. It was Antifa smashing the bus windows, yes?

Antifa provokes the violence EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Down here in SoCal, we had our pro-Trump rally back on March 25, 2017. The Antifa idiots blocked the march. The caused what violence broke out. I was there.
