Congress wrote them stautory immunity from lawsuit. Without that immunity, these social media giants would not be able to weaponize their bias.

Is this stautory immunity law known by a particular name? I'd like to write my Congressmen and be able to reference this specific law. Thanks.

The issue is that Twitter and Facebook ARE ACTING AS PUBLISHER by regulating acceptable contents using criteria other than illegal content, such as child porn.
