I used to get ‘light starch’ - it’s just right. Husband works at home now.

No. Starch harms the fibers of the fabric in the long run, and prevents the shirt from hanging on your frame properly, IMHO.

I have them lightly starched. That preference is in the POS system, so they always know what I want without asking.
