FBI stats consistantly show that “cross racial” murder in this country is very rare indeed. Specifically,they show that blacks killing whites is quite rare while whites killing blacks is *very* rare.I can't recall the exact percentages but I think they were somewhere around 2% of murders being “cross racial”.

Back in 1977 my colleague and I were asked by a major state university to study the drop out rate of black students. We were asked to do this by the Director of Minority Affairs at the school.

We determined that black students had a higher dropout rate than white students. When we reported it to her, as requested, she called us racists. Our report had no comments or editorializing. Simply -- 15% of white freshmen drop out. 28% of black freshmen drop out. No narrative. No subjective analysis. Just those two numbers. She continued to harangue us as racists, for the simple fact that she did not like the numbers.
