If you tell someone to avoid walking in a black neighborhood at night, but don’t give the same advise when he walks through Chinatown at night, is that judging a group of people based on an arbitrary label, thus racism?
Personally, I apply the MLK definition of Racism, judging a person by the color of his skin, rather than the content of his character.
Most people confuse Racism with Tribalism. I believe every human being is tribal, it’s in our DNA, it’s how we survived as a species.
Best example, Rwanda civil war. I challenge anyone to distinguish a Hutu from a Tutsi. That was a Tribal war, not a racist war.

Of course it does. That is why the NBA is dominated by blacks or most blacks have curly nappy hair or certain other facial features or are afflicted with sickle cell etc, etc
As for what 'racism' is? There are a multitude of definitions floating around. Noting that races have differences is not 'racism'. At least it is not evil which is what is inferred.
