The majority of the fault does belong to the women.

I recall a male gym coach who spoke openly to our (female) class. He advised that unless her legs are forcibly opened a young girls leg muscles are much stronger than a young man’s leg muscles in that she can simply keep her legs closed.

It took a long time for me to truly understand how correct he was when he spoke to us.

Then to top it off, he pulled in the boys and ripped them a new one telling them if he ever heard of one of them trying anything with us they’d have to deal with him, never mind their parents.

Guy was the type of coach both boys and girls needed then, and today.

Most black men have been in prison...

Careful there:

Looking at the average state rates of incarceration, we see that overall blacks are incarcerated at a rate of 1,408 per 100,000 while whites are incarcerated at a rate of 275 per 100,000... Hispanics are held in state prisons at an average rate of 378 per 100,000, producing a disparity ratio of 1.4:1 compared to whites.

So black incarceration in states is 1.4/1000, which means that the vast majority of blacks are not incarcerated.

Just becuase blacks are over-represented in prisons does not mean that most blacks are incarcerated. This type of blanket statement does your point no good.

Therefore you must look to some other cause for this sick trend, beyond prisons. I'd say it has more to do with the ongoing emasculation of all males, black and white.
