yes I learned about that on FR and got rather ticked off I remember...I forgot his reasoning though...but he did came off as elitist and clueless in that one instance at least.

He later said he was wrong about Kavanaugh.

Peterson is a Canada psychologist. He doesn't understand the U.S. system of government or politics in general, and he's not a theologian (hence his confusing and sometimes naive statements about God).

His statements within his field of expertise ought not be tossed out because he--foolishly--made a few statements about things outside his field.
