Must be Havre de Grace....

Please. Even *I* have standards. Cute town - not my type. I'm a Southern Marylander... LOL!!

I always watch the pagents, but I’ve never voted.

Very happy to have a reason to vote this time.

Maybe post a LIVE thread, Silvie?

LOL

Good for you.

Luv Maryland.

Non-sequitor:
First time I saw the 4th of July fireworks, I sat on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

Wonderful and fantastic.

Still, afterward, I had to walk all the way back to Arlington to get to my hotel afterward.

People not from there ask “Oh my! How long was that?”

“Dunno. Maybe a quarter of a mile, across the bridge behind the Lincoln Memorial” is my response.

Everything is super close in DC. I walk on some Sundays from Union Station to the US Dept of State, and it takes me only 45-55 minutes to do so (crossing town). It’s actually a small, compact city.

Love the Vietnamese vendors on 15th Street NW and The Ellipse (close to the White House). They have TONS of Trump merch and they love the POTUS!

You’re a grouch.

Wrong. He's a total a-hole. I will NEVER understand why he posts here.

>>Maybe the island is in bad shape and nobody wants to go there.<<

San Juan is just fine — Cuise ship trade is pretty consistent.

Mind you I don’t care much for SJ but it is all but recovered.

Luv Union Station and surrounding

Maybe I’ll give you a buzz next year, when I go to visit my Brother in Virginia Beach. My other brother and I are going to see the fireworks and I’m going to show him around D.C.

Well, it was a beauty pageant not government as Paul Ryan would say. Trump should have been able to run it. Too bad Paul Ryan couldn’t run either government or anything else.
