Barr is going to indict the agencies, not the people. Much easier for him to catalog their abuses and make recommendations on how to fix the system than it is to go after the corrupt individuals who weaponized those agencies. I think a lot of us are going to be disappointed in Barr’s “findings”. JMHO.

The United States is a Banana Republic. It’s no more complicated than that. Our constitution is relevant to this country as the Soviet Union’s Constitution was to it. In other words it no longer matters.
