You’re right. Hillary really is just plain stupid.
Nobody in the history of the Republic has ever had so many political advantages. Yet, she blows it every time.
I have to wonder if she could be, in addition to the obvious Cluster B (low/no conscience) personality disorder; on the autism spectrum.
Autism absolutely does *not* correlate with low IQ. Many people on the spectrum are very bright. But, autism does not preclude low intelligence either.
In my observation, Hillary is very low in emotional intelligence. She cannot read social cues; her affect is usually flat and when she does try to be expressive, she’s usually off. Sometimes, wildly off (remember the cackle). She also has to be heavily scripted.
Hillary’s body language is terrible; awkward and unnatural. Watch her with the sound off (that’s really the best way to watch Hillary anyway).
She seems to have no intuition at all; she can’t see around corners.
Need I even point out the lack of capacity for empathy? Although, that goes with the Cluster B as well as AS.
All of this is a lines up very well with AS. It really surprises me that no one ever talks about it.
The DSM 5 did away with Asperger’s, which was stupid. It’s been subsumed under Autism Spectrum Disorder. Other countries still diagnosis Asperger’s as a stand alone.
That’s why Hillary is the polar opposite of Bill and President Trump.
Narcissist Bill picked Hillary, even though she would always be an obvious political liability, because she could never, ever draw the spotlight away from him. Ego comes first.
President Trump is the anti Hillary in every way, on every level. He is highly intuitive, has great social intelligence; and, a deep capacity for empathy (see Right to Try law and his love for our troops and vets).

I agree with almost everything you stated, including the sometimes seemingly random changes in the DSM with each new version. I do, however, believe that Hillary is a clinical narcissist.
You’re right that she doesn’t know how to react emotionally, but I think that is a consequence of lacking empathy (which you also stated). She is the center of her universe, and has a hard time understanding the needs and emotions of others as individuals. She objectifies others, as they are really only important in the context of her. It’s a very sad way to be, and is truly an illness. I actually feel sorry for her, but I also know she is dangerous and I wouldn’t trust her for a nanosecond. She’s a scary person.
Very interesting take. I think you may be onto something here. Not certain about the AS but she lacks empathy, lies flow effortlessly from her mouth and she has no conscious in my opinion. In addition I’m still very curious about her physical health and why the heavy pantsuit in awful heat not to mention some of the more ghastly styles.
