Good point! Only a little over $20,000/year. I guess good suits wear out fast. Or go out of style every year. That is only the annual dues of around 450 people combined.
I won’t be helping to pay it, though. I can vote on the issues and urge others to do the same, and give money to those I think are worth it, all without the NRA.
As a lifetime member I get a little peeved at NRA leadership. I liked Col North though, but I outlived the Jimmy Carter admin and the Obama admin. I miss Charleton Heston and Tom Selleck. Voting for a Dem though is not in the cards. They wantem “molon Labe”.

But despite the hope of the left, the NRA will not go away. Maybe the organization will put on some decent overalls, practice learning its shoulders forward, not hold its head so high and learn to speak to people like the rest of us. Maybe the NRA could even try more of our favorite music.
