Normal people throughout this nation need to go “on strike”, en masse.

The bulk of this country isn’t going “galt”, that ain’t happenin’.

As a simple analogy, did you know that if tomorrow everybody in your town suddenly decided to start scrupulously obeying the speed limits, stop at every red light or stop sign, religiously use their turn signals, etc., within a relatively short period of time there would be a significant budget crunch? It’s true. Municipalities depend on that revenue. It’s already baked in the cake. In fact, they’ve already spent the money they are anticipating. My point is Americans will bitch and moan about things, but they won’t change their behavior. What do they expect?

We saw a very limited example of this kind of thing, the power of concerted action, with the NFL and the millionaire player antics with their BS “protests” and the rest of it last year. If a critical mass of people stopped going to the game, quit buying their advertisers products, season tickets, jerseys, fan memorabilia, quit going to sports bars, etc, the NFL would have serious problems. It wouldn’t take that long. It doesn’t mean permanently, just long enough for them to feel the pain.

They understand pain. Americans just need to give it to them good and hard that’s all.
