Conception memories are stored in the human soul furthest from the physical body, then childhood, continuing to the most recent occurring memories stored in proximity to the physical body.
If you ever heard a person say that their life flashed before their eyes, it is merely that their conscious awareness is no longer restricted to their physical body and it expands outward through their stored memories in their soul. As it expands beyond their physical body through the events in reverse sequence it is the life review referred to in Hebrews 9 in the Bible.
Human souls and their contents are physical to my perception of reality. Our perception of reality is a function of the frequency of consciousness from which we view it. I merely learned to tune my frequency of consciousness and the corresponding action potential firing rates in my cerebral cortex to different frequencies.
We are souls merely experiencing life in these temporary physical bodies.
