You should be able to contact them on their website. I have had nothing but good luck with Roku.

If you google “roku customer service,” this number is displayed:
1 (816) 272-8106

There was actually a bit of an outage for many cloud services this afternoon. Could be a part of it.

What, exactly, are you paying for? I bought their box and use it to get streaming services from Netflix and Amazon, but I pay Netflix and Amazon directly. I don't have any recurring payments to Roku.
Google "Roku Support" and you get a link to their Official Roku Support Page. That's where you always go to get any sort of support these days. On that page, you have Account, billing help"

That is what is great about Roku for me, I paid a one time fee and as long as you have wifi, you can download the apps for many channels (ID, AMC, AHC, History). I also have cable and Roku is the only way to get the cable service to the other TVs - who knew you couldn’t plug a cable wire into the wall outlet and TV to get service anymore? Roku’s one time price is way cheaper than having to rent boxes for my three TVs.

Roku doesn't have "streaming services" per se. You buy or download the channels independently. Roku is just the middleman.
Love my Roku, have had it for 6 years. I do not have cable or even broadcast TV.

I pay for streaming, ie netflix, directly. if roku is causing you trouble, why not just eliminate them as middleman and pay the services directly.
