The article says that Apple will now go to three separate apps, for Music, TV and Podcasts.

Seems like an overkill ... like fixing something that isn’t broken.

I’m sure they have their reasons for ‘fixing’ this, though.

I think Apple eventually wants to get into the Entertainment business and compete with Netflix and Huiu.

That’s just what they did with the human interface guidelines. After 10.6 the OS just became a disorganized senseless mess.
