Every election this gets trotted out to beat Republicans. And they take the bait. This time the argument is a bit different but end of day, Republicans will lose on the argument. Why not keep focus on immigration such, on the great economy instead of once again arguing about abortion. Leave abortion for congress to deal with. How many good candidates will lose for this issue, how many Democrats will win because of it?

I think plain and simple murder is indeed political. Its a civil issue. It needs judicial punishment. Law.
