We are not in arrears to former slaves. Even if someone had once been in arrears to them, they are dead and their claims to those wages died with them. Their descendants are owed NOTHING ... not one thin dime’s worth of reparations.
They have, at a minimum, no Standing to even ask or bring a suit.
And that ignores the ex post facto aspects of all this, that the laws back then were what they were and we’ve no right to retroactively cause them to be different so as to create this supposed debt.
Those that want reparations can go perform a geometrically implausible sex act upon themselves as far as I’m concerned.
Reparations are just another way for these Leftwing assclowns to get a bit of socialism and keep folks looking to the Democratic Party and Uncle “Moneybags” Sam.
I think a secondary issue of reparations is you’re going to be giving money to a fair number of people with no education or experience in financial management. They don’t know how to invest properly, grow wealth, financially change their life. They’ll go on spending sprees and a year or two down the line they’re right back where they started.
