I never knew of any kid who watched PBS on their own initiative. If Sesame Street was on, you knew their parents turned it on and the kids had left the room.
HBO and Big Bird bring enough scratch to fund Sesame Street. That would be an easy budget cut.
However, the media and all other liberal rabble would be protesting 24/7. For a while anyway.
Good.
I SERIOUSLY hope the donations to PBS plummet in the wake of this kind of CRAP.
Good for Arkansas, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
The state did not say that PBS could not say it.
They are saying that the state does not HAVE TO HEAR IT.
Well, someone, somewhere in this country has common sense!!
PBS, homosexuality and other perversions on demand.
‘Most any shows can be viewed via on demand or via the network AP on a smart tv or a device...TV is archaic technology. Just sayin’
Great Point - ANY PARENT who gives their kids a Smart Phone or private Internet access, might as well give them a subscription to Hustler or access to TV shows like this one - it it literally NO DIFFERENT. It is time for parents on our side to GROW UP A BIT, and take their jobs seriously [and yes, I mean you - you just can’t say NO to your kid, because all his ‘friends’ have smart phones - but you MUST say no, and trust me, your kids will LOVE YOU when they do become adults].
KIDS DO NOT NEED THIS - They will very quickly [virtually overnight] figure out how to use a smart phone, when they are OVER 18 and have the money needed to buy one and pay the monthly. Until then, a Flip-phone is just fine, especially if you scratch out the camera lens, which I did for my kids. Let them be kids, and make them be kids.
Let’s hope this trend continues!
