The plan is obviously to make silly demands of the president and then accuse him of obstructing when he digs in and refuses. I still haven’t heard of a single act that they believe is an impeachable offense. They speak only in conclusions without facts. Accusations that he’s stonewalling, obstructing, violating the constitution, attacking democracy, etc, do not state a crime.
The other aspect of this is thru the Trump Presidency the Congress Critters we do this as a permanent power grab to permanently diminish the power and role of the Office Of the President. A future world is that the President will have to go thru Congress to get anything done. That is a bigger long term problem that hopefully the Courts can stop as we are no longer 3 equal branches of Govt
