The whole point of tenure is that professors can explore views that might be contrary to popular opinion without the risk of being fired. If a tenured professor can be fired for expressing such an opinion, there is no reason for tenure. Further, such universities are no longer reliably able to serve the mission of education. This is much worse than mere propaganda. They have become a political arm of a modern-day fascist movement.
At the rate they’re going, there will be more of us who are banned than there are members left on the site. What a fine little collapse THAT will be.

In the article he reproduces the Twitter thread where he outlines his 6 statements regarding transexuals and surgery, etc.
One of them was that no hormones or surgery until someone is 21 years old and has “lived” as the opposite sex for two years.
The person will be living a “fiction” after surgery. For some things, such as what box is checked on the driver’s license it is fine to use the new sex. But it is not okay for a male to join a female sport’s team.
He is very much “pro” transgender. But with at least some slowing down of the process and more checks and balances. This is opposed to the “mainstream” hospitals and gender clinics that have determined that the only course is to affirm, and the sooner the child can be put on puberty blockers, hormones, surgeries, etc. the better.
Of course, this is all experimental still, with no long-term studies that follow the patients. And years ago it was 2 to 3 people getting treated at a clinic. In the last ten years, male-to-female has increased 300%, and female-to-male has increased 4,500%!

As I posted above - they do not track what is going on with these medical experiments.
I’m guessing some of our drugs go through ten years of follow-ups in human trials before it goes onto the market. Testosterone is STILL not FDA approved for anyone except males.

The American left is in favor of anything that reduces the likelihood of reproduction among the dominant class. They’re also in favor of anything that undermines the existing power structure that supports that dominant class. Transgenderism is a twofer, for the American left. They’re thrilled at the social carnage that fostering such delusion is creating, and will continue to create.
