LINCOLN, Neb. — Self-identified liberal voters are less forgiving to Democratic politicians who cross party lines on certain issues than conservative voters are to Republican lawmakers doing the same thing, a recent study shows.
Researchers at the University of Nebraska used MRI technology to examine the brains of 58 people when they face incongruent positions by politicians. The researchers wanted to see which parts of the brain lit up when people evaluated fictional politicians’ stances on key conservative and liberal issues.

Yet another BS study. This one included all of 26 “conservatives”, though the group had more classified “liberals” than conservatives, they on averaged self-identified more conservative than liberal.
But the real idiocy came in the questions asked that were supposedly liberal vs. conservative positions. It’s as if the test designers don’t understand actual conservative positions and so had to make them up, while liberal positions favor anything they consider good.
Thus, liberals are for stopping pollution, lighter “prison” sentences for “victimless crimes” and harsher sentences for police brutality. Conservatives on the other hand are putting people in work camps, for racial profiling, the elimination of Medicare, mandatory military service, invading Iran, etc., etc.
