I think throughout that testimony it was clear that what Mr. Barr was doing was try to say things and to try to characterize things [rapid eye-blinking throughout this] in a manner that was consistent with what Mr. Trump has said, but also very supportive of it. So, eh, and wh…and when he responded to Kamala Harris and others on these issues [looks down and to the left] he thought about it and they asked him, well, was there spying?
