Same guy. His YT channel is Count Dankula. He does comedy and political commentary. Seems they ended up fining him 800 pounds (UK) for the skit with the dog. He’s about as popular with the UK government and media as Tommy Robinson I suppose.

There’s only one thing wrong with black Labs: it’s hard to photograph them to show the details of their faces. I’ve solved the problem by adopting mostly black and white dogs, my two present ones being good examples.
