We already know that someone in the IC arranged for the fake "briefing" of Trump about some but not all aspects of the dossier specifically so that the briefing could immediately be leaked to CNN. CNN had already told Comey they couldn't publish about the dossier without some kind of "news hook" to give this unverified oppo file some pretext to be reported on, and wouldn't you know it?, Clapper, Brennan, and Comey quickly responded to give CNN just that news hook.
One could speculate further still and guess that someone in the CIA caught Brennan trying to sneak Hillary Clinton disinformation into the official US intelligence assessment -- for partisan political reasons, and illegal ones, I'd venture -- and forced the dossier out of the assessment.
So Brennan went to Plan B: convincing Clapper and Comey on the need to get the dossier into the official record via a different route, namely, pretending to brief Trump while actually only holding the briefing so that the briefing could be leaked to CNN.

Why did Trump win? Because he was the right man at the right time with the right message and the right fight that activated enough of the right people.

I think the basic blueprint was set up well before the election, probably with some operatives working on filling blanks in the blueprint, which might include setting up some of those who were hurt most by the Mueller “investigation”. If Hillary had won, they would have backed off and saved some of this weaponry for another purpose. I will also never be convinced that 0bama, Holder, Lynch, Comey, Jarrett, Rice, and dozens of others were “in on it”, and played various roles in the plan.

Anytime a reporter would ask a question of Hillary, they would all turn to Bill for confirmation of position or clarification.

When crook Hillarry and virtually any other Demonrat refer to Russia, it’s ivariabbly stated as “Russia’s interference with our election.” That’s another way of saying that the result of the 2016 election was due to Russian interference; when, in actuality, Russia played no part whatsoever in the election’s outcome.
