Some of them are complicit and may need to lawyer-up if any classified material was leaked to them.
Since the IG’s scope is DOJ employees there could be some hints since their practice is to notify those who are named before the reports is made public.
As a general rule FBI personnel aren’t supposed to leak a anything, classified or not. If one does leak something in return for compensation (aka a “bribe”), that’s bribery for which both the briber and bribee can be prosecuted, as in the Lori Laughlin case. That really puts a lot of the MSM people, and their employers, on the spot.
I didn't think the recipient of classified material was considered guilty. The complicit party is the one who leaked it to the media.
