Some would say oh, ok that’s what caused the fire I formed my narrative thank you fox news for helping me with this now I can get on with my life. Yes, they did. Property owners tried to water down their roofs to keep them from igniting. They also attempted to build fire breaks, using pikes to knock down neighboring properties to keep the fire from spreading. Even King Charles II, and his brother James, Duke of York, came out to view the fire on at least two occasions, and helped pass water buckets, and knock buildings down.
Fox is insufferable in their reporting. Shep keeps repeating and repeating that folks claimed it accidental within an hour of the fire breaking out. How? Especially as we see reports that it was 20-something minutes into the fire before anyone found it and last night, reporting that it was two hours before a complete response to the fire, eight hours before it was under control, and still days before it is completely out.
