Back in the 1990s, I knew a couple of guys who tried that. They both ended up in prison.

That's because they didn't cite the correct documents and repeat the proper incantations.

Heh ... They were absolutely CERTAIN that they were citing the correct documents and repeating the proper incantations. Quite arrogant about it, actually.

A told them it would do them not good when goons showed up with MP5s and hauled them off to jail.
