In the law, under definitions, it says if a person identifies, even incorrectly, that they are of a certain race, religion, gender, national origin they can not be discriminated against!
It isn’t just about gender.
No law nor any plastic surgery is going to fix their inadequacy in finding a worthy “partner” - to reluctantly use one of their inhumane wordings.
People cannot figure that the faults in the traditional way are actual blessings as they get overcome with maturity and development of self worth. A sex change does not replace one’s inability to live up to the challenge of complex relationships and developing something we really have to offer in terms of professional , financial, artistic or what not abilities to the other spouse.
