I think higher taxes and $30/hr minimum wage would fix everything there.
Their “employee head tax” just needs to kick in. The county charges large companies $250 per year for each employee. This is supposed to go to some fund to end homelessness.
Spend more money on solar power and electric cars, we get more solar and electric.

Over half the cost of a building is spent on permits and meeting city code in Seattle. Was just talking to a guy that moved a used double wide onto his King County property. The fire trucks could not get in there. The place was just for him. They made him install a sprinkler system. $8,500 for the system, and $1,800 for the permit and inspection.
They should quit screwing around and go for a $3000 an hour minimum wage.
