Maher: If Trump Camp’s Actions Don’t ‘Add Up to Collusion,’ ‘Then the Law Is Wrong’
Breitbart - Trending ^ | 3-29-2019 | Ian Hanchett

Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara said, “The thing that Bob Mueller found, is that, based on the criminal statutes, he could not prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, presumably, that there was a conspiracy before the fact, an agreement, a meeting of the minds, about doing those bad things.”

(snip)

Maher responded, “Then the law is wrong. If all that doesn’t add up to collusion, then the law is f*cked up.”

If you want the legal standards change, Bill, have at it. But there’s this legal principles called “ex post facto” — meaning you can’t go back and ‘get’ someone for actions committed before the law changed.

How about we put Maher on the south end of a north-bound rope?

Maher would be happier if the law said that Progressive accusations ARE conviction, no investigation or trial necessary.

The wheels of justice turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.

One of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow‘s translations was a 17th century poem, ‘Retribution,’ by Friedrich Von Logau:

“Though the mills of God grind slowly, yet they grind exceeding small;
Though with patience he stands waiting, with exactness grinds he all.”- Stephen Hanson

Kit Cat, do you ever, EVER hear President Trump talking like that?

You chose a name that indicates you are a fan. I know it’s hard, but to feel that much despair takes a lot of energy.
Be like him. He is always looking for something that is positive. Here’s one:

I read that Maxine is giving up on the impeachment crap. He wore her down. I know this is NOT going to change your mind, but force yourself to think about WINs not losses.

PS I am not telling you what to do. Just suggestions that work for me. We need people like you who feel passionate.
Stay strong, Trump Girl.

proof he's an idiot... Muller NEVER had to prove beyond reasonable doubt, that's up to a jury.

As a lib, he has no option other than to change the law and apply it retroactively, and to also change the proscription on ex post facto laws. This guy is a medium fish in a very small pond, and has shown he can’t swim with the big ones whenever he appeared on the political press shows.

What a lunatic and asshat. This mental midget is such a duplicitous oaf. There must be a law that would force his exile.

Maybe Maher would like a special counsel to spend $30M investigating his past for a few years.

I wonder what they’d find to charge him, his friends and associates with?

We need a law that executes Maher for being so damn ugly.

They would like the laws changed after the fact to presecute their political opposition baselessly—how typically leftist. Stalin would be proud.
