I’ve been following the Carbon C-60 movement for a year or 2.
It’s been at least 2-3 months since I checked in on it. Last evening, prayerfully pondering a number of things, I felt a prompt in my spirit to DUCKDUCK Carbon C-60 to treat Macular Degeneration—which I have the beginning stages of.

Rather than Quinine, consider QUERCETIN, a known ionophore that will work with zinc. It’s available as an over the counter supplement. You can take 250mg-1g twice per day.

Elderberries and Onions have Quercetin. My favorite: Sambucus Elderberry Immunity supplement gummies taste wonderful and have the zinc and Vit C. already together.

Quercetin is what the Med Cram doctor who treats CV patients is taking as a prophylactic. Additionally he is taking:

Up to 50 mg of Zinc—50 mg for short term only-that’s the upper limit

Green Tea 1 pill/day

Vit. C - 250mg-500mg twice daily

Vit. D3 - Stop this if you get CV

Melatonin - 1-10mg @ bedtime - studies have shown that one of the most effective things you can do in fighting a virus is to get a good 8 hrs sleep.

Of course amounts taken can vary depending on weight etc. so consult you Dr. This is not medical advice. LOL
