I’m sitting here with my foot up, with mustard on it. Had pain with every step, and then a swelling the size of a small egg on the top. The mustard helps, but have to keep reapplying it. Used epsom salts soak yesterday. I have no idea what happened to cause it. Oh, well...just old age, I’m thinking.

Sorry about your foot - just think of the beating feet take, year after year...Try as castor oil pack, it is the best thing I know of for miscellaneous pains, especially joint. I think I’ve posted how to do them, earlier on the thread. I use clay extensively as well, with great results. Have to have a bowl of wet clay on hand, I usually buy a few pounds of powdered clay at a time, I like french green the best. I have a “bad” foot so I have experience...
