Lots of things you can replace with healthier. Lotion, instead of chemicals and such, can be coconut oil or, for really dry areas, whipped Shea butter. Toothpaste you can use plain baking soda, or a natural powder like Uncle Harry’s (on Amazon). Acv can be used drop wise in your ear oil as well as in your nasal irrigation bottle with the warm water and the little salt pack.
