If chlorine dioxide is what I think it is, I would avoid it with a 10 foot pole. Is it the stuff called Miracle something or other?

I think the important part is dilution. At high concentrations it’s highly flammable. But it has antibacterial and antiviral properties. And there are some conditions under which it won’t harm the host tissue but kills the bacteria or viruses.
I don’t know about Miracle.

I have never used it. Good or bad, it is unnatural.
