Thanks. I had H,Pylori once, took powerful antibiotics doc prescribed, and they worked. Taking antibiotics didn’t make sense to me but I didn’t know about taking the right prebiotic at the time.
I did finally learn after getting C diff, docs office all closed as they all had Covid. I had been taking prebiotic but it was just 1 strain. I also had had IBS and heartburn for many years. I started taking prebiotic with 11 strains and quit taking acid reducers like tagament, I not only got rid of C diff but never had IBS or heartburn problems again.
