I don’t think we’ll have a civil war in the normal sense of the phrase, where an entire nation is involved. Rather, I see the inevitability of several localized actions, no larger than city-wide, and most much smaller than that. They will be contained as such.

However, for those actually caught within those actions it is all relative, as they will relate strictly to what is immediate to them. So, an action in, say, the town of Abracadabra, will be huge to someone in Abracadabra, and that will be all that matters to that person.

Fine. But what you still don't understand is what war is, and it it's aftermath. You have an image in your head about civil war in the United States, but have no concept of what it would really mean.
