The Mueller Report, written by Mueller himself with a forward by Alan Dershowitz, a seeming Trump ally (perhaps) is now on pre-sale via Amazon. How can this be? Legally, the report must first be submitted to Barr, who will then decide what will or will not be released to Congress/Public?.....I have been trying make sense of this for many days.....and the only logical conclusion I can come to is that the Mueller Investigation really may be one of the largest sting operations in our history.....I hope I am correct.
Surely, one phone call to Amazon would prompt the removal of publication and sales.
On the cover it states "As issued by the Department of Justice"
Why would the forward be written by a Trump-friendly Dershowitz?
The possibility that it really may report a favorable sting operation seems the most likely explanation to me.
The only logical explanation is that it has been written with the participation of Sessions/Whitakker and signed off with Barr's approval, right after Barr's confirmation.
There are too many problems with how this is shaping up.
Who’s getting the profits? Sounds illegal selling what taxpayers already paid for.
I think he expects the text to be available and he can have Amazon mass produce it with his forward, if so.
It seems extremely odd and immensely foolish for Dershowitz to let his name be used or associates with mueller in any way whatsoever. And Dershowitz is much smarter than that. Much much smarter! I therefore suspect this amazon listing is some kind of a fake.
I think you're right. The report will be in the public domain and can be republished by anyone. The company doing this is a legitimate publishing company.
How much does it cost to get a copy signed by both Mueller and Dershowitz?

But they did the same thing with the 911 Commission Report, even though you could download it free.
What a person would be paying for it Dershowitz' forward and the reprinting of the unredacted portion of the report. The date is probably a flying leap, that they imagine everyone will graciously allow to be adjusted, depending on Mueller's and Barr's prerogatives.
It will take virtually no time at all to get the electronically-driven presses rolling. It's an entrepreneurism that we should all just accept. Similar things are done elsewhere with public domain materials.
I doubt Mueller will be signing many copies of that book, but if you're a friend of his and desire it, make your request quickly, before Mueller is arrested.
Hmm....Amazon knows that I might want jelly if I order peanut butter. They know that I was just looking at Yeti coolers on a completely different site. Maybe they developed an algorithm to tell when the Mueller report is coming out.
Or, maybe, Bezos has a guy from the WaPo embedded with Mueller. CNN can’t be the only one with an embed.
Would this book be Classified until the intended recipient agrees to its release? AD has been on Fox a lot and has been mainly siding with Trump. Is this not leaking information? If this is a “Sting Operation”, when does it become legal. Why are Rod r and meuller still there? I don’t think there will be a book or any type of Report.

I see three possible reasons for that:
1. He has great name recognition and a well deserved excellent reputation as a legal analyst.
2. He has demonstrated before that he can crank out lots of pages in a very short timeframe - entirely cogent and a cohesive, publication ready. He wrote a book on the Iran nuke deal in about a week, he could probably write a great forward in a day or two.
3. Having been involved in the case, he is already well aware of the issues, and the implications of those issues.
