I don’t want to overstate things, but I’m beginning to think Hillary hasn’t accepted her loss as well as she could have.
I think she expected that there would be sufficient voter fraud to make her a shoe-in. This is why she doesn’t think it was “her fault”, because people were responsible to be sure the votes were rigged so that she couldn’t lose.
She cannot believe that the fraud machine failed.
