It’s not legal though, that work product of the Special Counsel is not at the discretion of anyone but the Attorney General to release. Typically, a summary from the Attorney General is all that is made public.
They will only be able to post that which was released by the AG. But again following the Pentagon Papers ruling by SCOTUS, if someone from Mueller’s office leaks the whole thing ($$$$$), then WaPo etc can do this with no recourse.
You can buy many things before the completion date. Sounds to me
like this is sales made with shipment to be made at release date.
Kinda like buying a car before it has been delivered to the dealer.
Or buying a car that may not be delivered for 70 years.

Sounds like a scam.
Liberals are very often the target of online scams. They fall for anything.
A link is provided to buy the report - and a statement is highlighted that Mueller is a Republican... Sounds like you’ve run an ad for the report.
Mueller...a lifetime Republican. Something tells me Mueller wouldn’t Last two minutes in a room with axe handles and 10 real Republicans.
